  • Cultural Responsiveness: Uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, Te Ao values, and advocate for taitamariki regardless of their background or identity.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Track progress, identify successes and barriers, and contribute to continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualifications and/or experience in social work, youth services, or counselling.
  • A strong understanding of Te Ao Māori and a genuine commitment to integrating Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles into practice.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve measurable outcomes and strong organisational skills.
  • A proactive team player with a flexible approach and a high degree of empathy and integrity.
  • Commitment to child protection and high standards of care.

Why join Bald Angels?

At Bald Angels, you’ll be part of a supportive and values-driven team making a profound impact in our community.
