Art Camp February 17,18,19 at Te Tii, Purerua Peninsula
A group of wonderful little angels came together to share their artistic talents.
After a traditional pōwhiri we got down to the business of art and celebrating our skills, our mana and our pride. We camped out at the local school and had a wonderful time creating new friendships and great masterpieces.
Visiting Sicilian artist, Alex Caminiti, was on hand to direct exciting body art at the beach, as well scratchy contemporary techniques on board. Our local artists stayed around and we created massive people sized art with our silhouettes as a base. These art works showed our pride and our talents. (Oh, and we made our very own homemade pizzas full of good ingredients – all from scratch!)

What a night! What an exhibition! If you didn’t know better you would think these stunning artworks had been completed by a master painter!
