Bald Angels was the recent recipient of the Regional and Supreme Award for the Health and Wellbeing category at the 2017 Trust Power Community Awards in Kaitaia.
Trustpower community relations representative Abbie Siely said “Bald Angels contributes to the wellbeing of more than 200 families and 1000 (Mid North) children every year through fundraising events that bring the community together in the in the spirit of generosity and goodwill.”
The Trust received a framed certificate, a trophy and $1500 and will represent the Far North at the 2017 Trustpower National Community Awards in Queenstown in April. See the full stories:
